LAB 22 Intro to Excel

1) Visit and read  Excel overview at:

2) In a blank word document Answer  the following:

   a .   Use the example check register in the lesson (figure 1A1 or 1A2) and calculate what the balance would be after the Jan. 5 cable cheque.

   b .  What would the balance be after the Jan. 7 check?

   c .  Does a deposit increase or decrease the balance?

   d .  What is the name of a slip that you receive from your employer indicating that a deposit has been made to your account?

4) Answer all questions from A to H

5)Add Header and Footer with you name, period, date and name of substitute teacher.

6) Save your Word file as LAB22YourNamePeriodnumber.

7) Upload file to the dorpbox computer station.

This lab will be grade and counted towards your third marking period grade.
